WFBS用戶端即時掃描的病毒防護與間諜程式防護功能會在檔案被讀取或建立時，掃描檔案中是否潛藏惡意程式碼。
當某些程式頻繁地存取檔案時，WFBS用戶端可能會使用較多資源來檢查這些檔案中是否有病毒。
WFBS用戶端預設會排除掃描由下列程式存取檔案的資料夾位置:
Worry-Free Business Security Server
Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003/2007/2010
Active Directory Domain Services (Windows Server Role)
註:此設定可以在WFBS資訊安全管理平台上修改，在"喜好設定" > "全域設定" > "桌上型電腦/伺服器" > "一般掃瞄設定"。
某些程式或作業系統功能的檔案目錄位置不在WFBS預設的即時掃描例外清單中。
若您在執行某些程式時遇到效能問題，可以試著修改WFBS資訊安全管理平台上的安全設定。
提醒您，修改這些設定可能會降低對電腦的防護，對於公開使用的伺服器，請謹慎修改和佈署這些設定。
1.登入WFBS資訊安全管理平台
2.點選"安全設定" > 選擇要修改的群組名稱，例如"桌上型電腦(預設)" > "設定"
確認您是否有安裝以下應用程式，若有，請將它們的檔案/資料夾/附檔名加入相對應的掃描例外清單設定。
